District of Columbia’s COVID-19 Supplemental Emergency Amendment Act of 2020

Important Information for Our Washington DC Borrowers

In accordance with the District of Columbia’s COVID-19 Supplemental Emergency Amendment Act of 2020, we are offering a deferment period of payments or principal and interest on mortgages for up to 90 days to D.C. residents for mortgage loans secured by property located in D.C. The deferment will be available to borrowers who demonstrate financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to be eligible for deferment borrowers must agree to repay the deferred amounts within a reasonable period of time.
